    • All appointment times are approximate. Actual start times may vary slightly depending on the schedule.
    • We recommend arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

    3. Service Durations

    All service durations listed on our website and during booking are approximate estimates only. Actual times may be longer or shorter depending on:

    • Hair length, thickness, and texture
    • Style complexity and customisation
    • Hair condition and preparation required
    • Additional services requested during the appointment

    We recommend allowing extra time in your schedule to accommodate any variation.

    4. Pricing

    5. Cancellations & No-Shows

    • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

    6. Mobile Service

    Our mobile service is subject to availability and a distance-based call-out fee. Travel fees are additional to the standard service prices.

    7. Health & Safety

    • Please inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm to your hair or scalp.
    • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    8. Photos & Social Media

    We may ask permission to photograph completed styles for our portfolio and social media. You are under no obligation to agree, and your decision will not affect the quality of service you receive.

    9. Liability

    While we take the utmost care with every service, WUB Hair Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions or damage that may occur due to undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
